Following an eight years period in the legal department of major public research institutions and affiliates dedicated to knowledge transfer in the field of agronomy (INRA) and medical and pharmaceutical development (Inserm Transfert, affiliate of Inserm), where she worked as a lawyer specialized in contracts and IP, Cécile CAUUET joined LOYER & ABELLO leading the Business, Contracts and Evaluation Department.

She is in charge of drafting and negotiating contracts (such as research and collaborative agreements, license agreements, consortium agreements, LOI, MoU, NDA) specially regarding the evaluation of immaterial assets of institutional and industrial market, such as start-up, SME, major accounts. She is also in charge of financial evaluation of patent/trademarks/design patents/software portfolios.

  • Master in european law (MASTER I) from Université de Rennes 1 (2000)
  • DU in industrial property and new technologies from Université de Lille 2 (2006)
  • MASTER II and MBA in business law and management from Université Panthéon-Assas.
