Michel ABELLO worked for 12 years as a Patent Attorney (patents, trademarks and industrial designs) with several firms (Nony, Weinstein, Loyer), of which the PEUSCET firm he managed for 4 years before being admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003.
He participated as a speaker to many congresses and conferences, particularly as an expert in Licensing with the World Intellectual Property Organization. He is a member of the main specialised professional bodies in Intellectual Property (AIPPI, EPI, FJPI, LES, APEB, AAPI, EPLAW, UNION) and a founding member and President of the GEIE UPCLA® and former vice-president of the FRANCAVOKA network.
He has been a member of the evaluation panel in Industrial Property (patents) of the FPO from 2001 to 2006. He is a member of the legal commission of the CURIE association dealing with the valuation of research and technology transfers, from 2005 for ten years.
He holds the specialization mention of the Paris Bar in Intellectual Property; he is classified as Patent star 2020 by IP STARS, invaluable in patent litigation by LEADERS LEAGUE / DECIDEURS and 5 Star IP 2020 by LE POINT.
