Nicolas TASTAYRE

Head of Toulouse Office European Patent Engineer nicolas.tastayre@abello-ip.com

After a first professional experience in a patent and valorization service, Nicolas TASTAYRE joined abello’s Patent Department in 2019 as a Patent Engineer.

He is qualified in industrial property by the INPI (French industrial property office) in patents and also qualified as a registered European Patent Attorney since 2024.

In January 2025, Nicolas TASTAYRE took over the management of the Toulouse office.

Educational training

Nicolas TASTAYRE has a double major in science and law:

  • Master in Biochemistry & Biotechnology of University Toulouse III – Paul Sabatier
  • Master in Intellectual Property Law of University Toulouse I – Capitole (2018).
  • Graduate of the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies in Strasbourg (CEIPI 2019) in patents.
