Marie Liens and Guillaume Dubos are promoted partners

Our firm is pleased to announce the promotion of two of our best talents as partners.
 
Marie Liens joined the Litigation Department of abello in January 2017.
 
Promoted Counsel in 2019, she becomes Partner and Head of the Litigation Department of the firm in 2020. Gratuated in 2015 from a very exclusive DEA (Master 2 in Research) in General Private Law of the Paris 2 Pantheon Assas University, and in 2006 from the key MASTER II of Industrial Property of the same University.
 
Marie Liens has also a Legal English Diploma (English and American law). Marie Liens previously worked for ten years in the IP-IT Department of the Parisian business law firm ARAMIS, where she developed her practice in both advice and litigation, especially transnational. She is also a member of APRAM, AIPPI and INTA and has taught at the Paris 2 Pantheon Assas University for many years. She also intervened in the MS Law and International Management of ESCP-Europe and at the Ecole Centrale Supelec.

Guillaume Dubos joined the firm in January 2014 as an intern from the Paris Bar School and then as a lawyer in January 2015.
 
He became Partner of the firm in January 2020 and was also promoted to Deputy Director of the Litigation Department. He graduated in 2010 from the Pantheon Sorbonne University with a Master II Research of Business and Economic Law , and in 2013 from the Institute of Political studies – SciencesPo Paris with a Master in Economic Law – Intellectual Property specialization.
 
Guillaume Dubos was trained in 2013 in the practice of intellectual property litigation in Dechert Paris. Co-author of the Guide of seizure and bailiff reports (“Guide des saisies-contrefaçons et des constats”) published by Lexis Editions since 2016, Guillaume Dubos has also taught tradermark and EU law for several years at the Ecole Centrale Paris, and then at Centrale Supelec.
