Long-term support for a consortium labeled by the MEDICEN competitiveness cluster with over €13 million in BPI financing, bringing together some 20 stakeholders for the structuring of an industrial sector in the health sector, including major public players in medical research, hospitals and anti-cancer centers, as well as French big pharma and biotechnology companies.

    Mediation approach in order to bring the numerous partners with antagonistic interests to converge on multiple contractual aspects: framework and application licenses, research and development contracts, database use charter, charter for the constitution and use of biobanks of human and animal biological material, trademark use regulations.

    Achievements

    Management of the entire drafting process and negotiation of a complex contractual arrangement allowing for a convergence of interests between the partners and the conclusion of agreements essential to the sustainability of the project in a time frame compatible with the constraints of public funding, regarding a project involving a very large number of players.
